In ikke pe ikka movie Kailashnath is a wealthy widower who lives in a palatial house with three elder sons, Randhir, Rajiv, Rishi and a younger school going son.
He manages the business on his own, but wants his sons to take an interest in vain, as all three have their own interests at heart (Bollywood actors, being singing and boxing) and have no interest in running one.
