In mere jeevan saathi Vicky (Akshay Kumar) is an aspiring singer devoted to his true love, Anjali (Amisha Patel). He gets a big offer from a music company in America and he accepts it.
In Canada, he meets Natasha (Karisma Kapoor), the owner of the company. Natasha helps Vicky become a star, however, Vicky is unaware of Natasha's hidden motives. Natasha knew Vicky in college and had a deep affection for him.

The song is just sublime and one of Kishor's greatest, if not the greatest, romantic songs ever. The ultimate teen tour-de-force, "Deewana Leke Aaya Haun", traverses the path and is nothing short of breathtaking.
Movies like Mere Jeevan Saathi come only once in a lifetime, like many other films in that era. If you can relate to that era, watching it will shake you again and again, with the sadness of a bygone time not being found again, as it has done for me.
The plot is interesting, and you will see Helen in an important role. He is like a villain here. Rajesh Khanna especially delivers a brilliant performance in the second half.
Tanuja doesn't look as beautiful and fresh as Haathi Mein Saathi, which released a year ago for this film. RD Burman tops the charts with her captivating music. RD is a trio of Kishore Kumar and Rajesh Khanna. Dongs are still popular today, in 2021!
